Reappointment of Hassan Zahran, CTL Engineering Inc., 2860 Fisher Road, Columbus, OH 43204, to serve on the Marble Cliff Quarry New Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member, with a term expiration date of October 21, 2028, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
