Explanation

The Public Service Department, Transportation Division, recently received a request from Nicholas Drive LLC asking that the City release the ten foot wide platted easement along the lot line common to Lots 6 and 7 of Brookside Business Park, Section 1, of record in Plat Book 63, Pages 50 and 51, in the offices of the Recorder, Franklin County, Ohio. The release of this platted easement will allow for future development by the owners of the adjacent properties. After investigation it has been determined there are no utilities currently located within this easement and that the release of the platted easement will not adversely affect future utility services to the area. The City will receive a total of $500.00, to be deposited in Fund 748, Project 537650, as consideration for the release of this platted easement.
