To the east is a manufactured home development in the MHP, Manufactured Home Park District. To the south is a single-family residence with agricultural uses in Hamilton Township. To the west is an office and a single-family residence in Hamilton Township and undeveloped property, zoned AR-12, Apartment Residential District. The applicant's request for the AR-12, Apartment Residential District is consistent with the surrounding zoning and development patterns in the area.
