This ordinance is to authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into contract with Medical Manager Health Systems, Inc., for the purchase of an information and billing system for the Health Department's nine clinical operations located at 240 Parsons Avenue. In May 2002, the City's IT Capital Investment Advisory Panel approved the clinic application proposal. The RFP was published in the City Bulletin in September 2002. The City's Purchasing Office distributed 238 solicitations, including 15 MBE's and 7 FBE's. There were five vendors who responded, none of which were MBE's or FBE's. Utilizing a selection committee comprised of five members (1 DoT and 4 Health employees), the final results were as follows:
