Appointment of Stephen Brooks, President, Physicians First Leasing LLC, 3400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202, to serve on the Grandview Crossing Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member, with a term expiration date of March 31, 2027, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
