Lane Avenue, Suite 1035, Columbus, OH 43221, to serve on the Scioto Peninsula New Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member replacing Emille Williams, with a term expiration date of September 16, 2026, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed or elected to serve for the remainder of such term.
