Explanation
Background: The City of Columbus entered into a Design Agreement with Wagenbrenner Development, Inc. to design public right-of-way improvements in and around the former Columbus Coated Fabrics site. During the design phase it became apparent that a traffic study would be necessary to compare existing and projected conditions around the site in order to determine the need for traffic signals and additional traffic lanes. For this reason it is desirable to modify the existing design contract of $1,060,000 to include the completion of this study and to increase the dollar amount by $18,700 for a total contract amount of $1,078,700.
Fiscal Impact: $18,700 is available in capital Fund 742 Development G.O. Bonds.
