Bids were received by the Recreation and Parks Department on March 29, 2011 for the Alum Creek Trail - Stone Cliff Connector Project as follows:

*After review of the proposals that were submitted, it was determined that the two lowest bidders (Builderscape & Law General Contracting) were non-responsive due to not acknowledging the receipt of Addendum number one. This decision was reviewed with Wendi Bootes in the City Attorney's office.

The work for which proposals were invited consists of asphalt paving, earthwork, landscaping, fence installation, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications.
