Title: To accept the plat titled ALUM CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 2 PART 3, from BEAZER HOMES INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Successor to Crossman Communities of Ohio, Inc. an Ohio Corporation, by Mark Hostettler, Vice President of Finance; and to declare an emergency.
Explanation

BEAZER HOMES INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Successor to Crossman Communities of Ohio, Inc. an Ohio Corporation, by Mark Hostettler, Vice President of Finance, has submitted the plat titled ALUM CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 2 PART 3 to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located north off Watkins Road, and east off Alum Creek Drive.

Emergency Justification: Emergency action is requested to allow development of this subdivision to proceed as currently scheduled.

Body

WHEREAS, the plat titled ALUM CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 2 PART 3 (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and

WHEREAS, BEAZER HOMES INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Successor to Crossman Communities of Ohio, Inc. an Ohio Corporation, by Mark Hostettler, Vice President of Finance, has submitted the plat titled ALUM CREEK VILLAGE SECTION 2 PART 3, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Circles, Drives, Lane and Road shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and

WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and

WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the Public Service Department, Transportation Division, in that it is immediately necessary to authorize the acceptance of this plat so development of this subdivision can proceed as currently scheduled thereby preserving the public health, peace,...
