The City of Columbus, Ohio, previously released its reserved water line easement rights in a Release of Easements, Instrument ? 201110130130736, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio. Morse Holding Co., a Delaware corporation, now request for the remaining general utility easement rights be released in exchange for the replacement sanitary, storm, and water line easements given to the City, and recorded as Instrument ?s 201101100004970, 201101100004972, and 201101100004974, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio. The Department of Public Utilities reviewed, approved, and determined that the release of the remaining general utility easement rights described below will not adversely affect the City and should be granted. The following legislation authorizes the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to execute those documents necessary to release the City's right into the real property more fully described in the body of this ordinance.
