Explanation

Pizzuti Land LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company, by Scott B. West, Executive Vice President, owner of the platted land, has submitted the plat titled "Beggrow Street Dedication-Phase II" to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located north of London-Groveport Road and west of Shook Road.

Emergency Justification: Emergency action is requested to allow development of this project to proceed as currently scheduled.

Title

To accept the plat titled "Beggrow Street Dedication-Phase II", from Pizzuti Land LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company, by Scott B. West, Executive Vice President, owner of the platted land; and to declare an emergency.

Body

WHEREAS, the plat titled "Beggrow Street Dedication-Phase II"(hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and

WHEREAS, Pizzuti Land LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company, by Scott B. West, Executive Vice President, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of Beggrow Street and easements shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and

WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and

WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the Department of Public Service, Division of Planning and Operations, in that it is immediately necessary to authorize the acceptance of this plat so development of this project can proceed as currently scheduled thereby preserving the public health, peace, property, safety and welfare; now, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:

Section 1. That the plat titled "Beggrow Street Dedication-Phase II" on file in the office of the City Engineer, Division of Planning and Operations, be and the same is hereby ...
