Explanation

Background:
Contract EE008172, effective April 1, 2010 authorized the Franklin County Municipal Court Clerk (hereinafter "Municipal Court Clerk") to enter into a three year contract with Time Warner Cable in the amount of $10,140.00, internet services.

This ordinance authorizes the Municipal Court Clerk to enter into the second year of a three year contract with Time Warner Cable in the amount of $23,760.00 for internet services.

Bid Information:
An informal bidding process was conducted through SO033521in accordance with Chapter 329, Columbus City Codes. Time Warner was the lowest bidder.

This company is not debarred according to the excluded party listing system of the Federal Government or prohibited from being awarded a contract according to the Auditor of State unresolved finding for recovery certified search.
