BACKGROUND: The purpose of this legislation is to authorize the Board of Health to enter into a lease agreement for food vending services at the Health Department. Sanese Services, Inc. will lease space at the Health Department facility located at 240 Parsons Avenue for $1.00 for the purpose of providing food vending services to the staff and public.
