To honor and recognize Ms. Denise Robinson on the occasion of her thirtieth anniversary with Alvis House.

WHEREAS, Alvis House offers critically important services to members of our community, including workforce development, re-entry services, support programs for people with behavioral or developmental disabilities, treatment programs for people facing substance abuse challenges, and more; and
WHEREAS, over the course of Denise Robinson's thirty-year career with Alvis House, the organization has helped thousands of people successfully overcome their most daunting personal challenges; and
WHEREAS, as president and CEO of Alvis House, Denise has shaped the organization into a multi-faceted human services agency of the highest standard by providing research-driven programs that produce tangible, positive outcomes to strengthen our entire community; and
WHEREAS, Denise has devoted her life to restoring the lives of countless men, women, children, and families in our community; and
WHEREAS, Denise continues to make invaluable contributions to our city in her thirtieth year with Alvis House; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
That we hereby honor and recognize Ms. Denise Robinson on the occasion of her thirtieth anniversary with Alvis House, and thank her for her extraordinary contributions to our community.
