To honor and recognize the 120th anniversary of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church
Body
WHEREAS, the Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church is observing the 120th celebration on May 17th, 2026, reflecting on 120 years of God’s faithfulness, service, and ministry; and
WHEREAS, a Souvenir Anniversary Booklet will commemorate the Pilgrim Baptist Church rich history, honor past and present members, and share the vision of the future; and
WHEREAS, the booklet will include congratulatory messages and advertisements from individuals, families, churches, and businesses who wish to share in the joyous celebration; and
WHEREAS, recognizing the hard work of Dr. Rickey L. Lawson, Sr., Pastor of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church Deacons, Deaconess, Trustees, and Usher Ministry on the 120th Church Anniversary Committee and Souvenir Book Committee; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS: That this council hereby honors and recognizes the 1290th anniversary of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church
