BACKGROUND: The purpose of this legislation is to authorize the Board of Health to enter into various contracts for the Health Department's facility located at 240 Parsons Ave. Consulting services with Security Risk Management Consultants, Inc., for $4,500.00 are needed relating to the installation of a digital video surveillance system for the Health Department. Additionally, a contract with Bomar Construction for $7,000 is needed for the renovation of the reception area at the public entrance to the Health Department.
