Explanation
VILLAGE COMMUNITIES, L.L.C., an Ohio limited liability corporation, by R. S. TRE' GILLER, III, President, has submitted the plat titled THE WILLOWS AT PRESERVE CROSSING to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located south off of Thompson Road and east of Hamilton Road.

To accept the plat titled THE WILLOWS AT PRESERVE CROSSING, from VILLAGE COMMUNITIES, L.L.C., an Ohio limited liability corporation, by R. S. TRE' GILLER, III, President and to declare an emergency.
Body
WHEREAS, the plat titled THE WILLOWS AT PRESERVE CROSSING (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, VILLAGE COMMUNITIES, L.L.C., an Ohio limited liability corporation, by R. S. TRE' GILLER, III, President, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Road shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and
WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and now, therefore
WHEREAS, an emergency exists in the usual daily operation of the Department of Development in that it is immediately necessary to pass this ordinance as an emergency measure because of the need to begin construction as soon as possible for the preservation of the public health, peace, property, safety, and welfare; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
Section 1. That the plat titled THE WILLOWS AT PRESERVE CROSSING on file in the office of the City Engineer, Transportation Division, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
