Explanation
Section 32.3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Ohio Council 8, Local 1632 and the City of Columbus, dated April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027, requires that any modifications to the Agreement be agreed to by the parties. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) #2026-02 has been executed by the parties to amend Appendix A of the Agreement by increasing the pay range of the Stormwater Investigator, in Columbus Water and Power, as follows:
