Explanation
This legislation amends Ordinance 0001-2024, which was approved by Columbus City Council on January 8, 2024. That ordinance authorized the Director of Public Utilities to enter into sub-recipient agreements for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant with the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), IMPACT Community Action, Power a Clean Future Ohio (PCFO), and The Ohio State University. The agreed upon amount for The Ohio State University was incorrect in Ordinance 0001-2024. This ordinance corrects the error.
