Explanation

This ordinance authorizes the Public Service Director, on behalf of the City of Columbus, Public Service Department, Refuse Collection Division, to accept a $141,500.00 2004 "Recycle, Ohio!" grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Recycling and Litter Prevention, for continued operation of the Keep Columbus Beautiful (KCB) program in 2004.
