BAIN, Chief Executive Officer, has submitted the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 3 to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located south of Kennedy Road and east of Waggoner Road.

WHEREAS, the plat titled CEDAR RUN SECTION 3 (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, WOODS AT JEFFERSON , LTD, an Ohio limited liability company, by M/I HOMES OF CENTRAL OHIO, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, Managing Member, by STEPHEN M. CAPLINGER, Vice President Land Operations, DOMINION HOMES, INC., an Ohio corporation, Member, by JACK L. MAUTINO, President - Single Family Division, and HOMEWOOD CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, Member, by JOHN H. BAIN, Chief Executive Officer, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Courts, Drives and Lane shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and
