Explanation
BACKGROUND: This legislation authorizes the Finance and Management Director to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the following Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements listed below for the OEM ADS Environmental Flow Monitoring Parts & Service for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage. The Division of Sewerage and Drainage requires parts for Series 3500, 4000, and Flowshark meters. This equipment is used to monitor the flow of storm water throughout the City’s sewage system.

The company is not debarred according to the Excluded Party Listing System of the Federal Government or prohibited from being awarded a contract according to the Auditor of State Unresolved Findings for Recovery Certified Search.
FISCAL IMPACT: $115,000.00 is budgeted and needed for this purchase.

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Office has established Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of OEM ADS Environmental Flow Monitoring Parts and Service; and
