Explanation

This ordinance amends the Management Compensation Plan, Ordinance No. 2713-2013, as amended, by enacting four classifications based on Civil Service Commission action; and by updating HDHP HSA contribution language to remove references to past years.

Fiscal Impact: None.

Emergency Designation: Emergency action is recommended in order to allow for expedient implementation to immediately enact changes by the Civil Service Commission and the Department of Human Resources.

Body

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by amending Section 5(E) to enact the classification of Event Administrative Coordinator (3199) based on Civil Service Commission action and to assign it to Pay Grade 93; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by amending Section 5(E) to enact the classification of Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner (0810) based on Civil Service Commission action and to assign it to Pay Grade 91; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by amending Section 5(E) to enact the classification of Workers' Compensation Manager (0811) based on Civil Service Commission action and to assign it to Pay Grade 94; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by amending Section 5(E) to enact the classification of Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative (0812) based on Civil Service Commission action and to assign it to Pay Grade 92; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by amending Section 16(D) to remove a specific reference to past years regarding contribution payments to the High Deductible Health Plan Health Savings Account; and
