Delaware County is engaged in its DEL-CR 183 Hoskins Road 183 Project, and desires to replace certain portions of the Hoskins Road Bridge. In order to provide the required right-of-way necessary to the project, the Delaware County Engineer has requested that the City grant Delaware County certain temporary easements, more fully described in the body of this legislation. The following legislation authorizes the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to execute those instruments necessary to grant the subject easements to Delaware County for their DEL-CR 183 Hoskins Road 183 Project.
Fiscal Impact: The $72. 00 to be received by the City, as consideration for the granting of the subject easements, shall be deposited in the appropiate City fund.
