Title: To change the name of that right-of-way currently referred to as Fashion Mall Parkway to Gemini Place.
Explanation

The City of Columbus, Public Service Department, Transportation Division, has received a request from NP Limited Partnership asking that the right-of-way currently referred to as Fashion Mall Parkway, from Polaris Parkway east to its current eastern terminus, be changed to Gemini Place.  NP Limited Partnership is the predominant owner of lands abutting this roadway and they have provided documentation from the other owners addressed along this roadway concurring with this proposed change.  Also, a new interchange with Interstate 71 is currently under construction and this name change would result in that interchange being known as the Gemini Place Interchange as opposed to the Fashion Mall Place Interchange.  The following legislation authorizes the proposed name change.
