Explanation
PAOLO A. CUGINI and THE KING GROUP, LTD, by its President DENIS R. KING JR., Managing General Partner, has submitted the plat titled THE RESERVE AT McNAUGHTEN to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located east off of McNaughten Road and north of East Main Street.

To accept the plat titled THE RESERVE AT McNAUGHTEN, from PAOLO A. CUGINI and THE KING GROUP, LTD, by its President DENIS R. KING JR., Managing General Partner.
Body:
WHEREAS, the plat titled THE RESERVE AT McNAUGHTEN (hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, PAOLO A. CUGINI and THE KING GROUP, LTD, by its President DENIS R. KING JR., Managing General Partner, owner of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the Road and Way shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and
WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
Section 1. That the plat titled THE RESERVE AT McNAUGHTEN on file in the office of the City Engineer, Transportation Division, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
