Explanation
Brookfield Apartments LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, by Village Communities, its sole member, by Rowland S. Giller III, its Authorized Signatory, and Alkire Woods LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, by Village Communities LLC, its sole member, by Rowland S. Giller III, its Authorized Signatory, have submitted the plat titled "Brookfield Village Apartments" to the City Engineer's Office for review and approval. This plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The following legislation allows the City to accept said plat for property located south of Alkire Road and east of Demorest Road.
Emergency Justification: Emergency action is requested to allow development of this subdivision to proceed as currently scheduled.

Giller III, its Authorized Signatory, and Alkire Woods LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, by Village Communities LLC, its sole member, by Rowland S. Giller III, its Authorized Signatory; and to declare an emergency.

WHEREAS, the plat titled "Brookfield Village Apartments"(hereinafter "plat"), has been submitted to the City Engineer's Office for approval and acceptance; and
WHEREAS, Brookfield Apartments LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, by Village Communities, its sole member, by Rowland S. Giller III, its Authorized Signatory, and Alkire Woods LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, by Village Communities LLC, its sole member, by Rowland S. Giller III, its Authorized Signatory, owners of the platted land, desires to dedicate to the public use all or such parts of the easements shown on said plat and not heretofore so dedicated; and
WHEREAS, after examination, it has been found to be in the best interest of the City to accept said plat; and
