Title: To amend the Management Compensation Plan, Ordinance No. 1150-2007, as amended, by enacting Section 5(E)-A250, the classification of Assistant Director (Sustainability (U); by enacting Section 5(E)-T190, the classification of Training Coordinator; by amending Section 5(E)-P761, the classification of Public Utilities Division Assistant Administrator; by repealing Section 5(E)-Q009, the classification of QWL Coordinator, and Section 5(F)-D167, the classification of Development Aide (Seasonal); and to declare an emergency.

Explanation

This ordinance amends the Management Compensation Plan, Ordinance 1150-2007, as amended, by:
Assigning a pay grade to the classification of Assistant Director (Sustainability) (U) and the classification of Training Coordinator in accordance with recent Civil Service Commission action; and further, adusting the paygrade for the classification of Public Utilities Division Assistant Administrator; and abolishing the classifications of QWL Program Coordinator and Development Aide (Seasonal).

Emergency action is recommended in order to begin implementation.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by recommending a pay grade assignment to the recently created classification of Training Coordinator; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by adjusting the pay grade assignment for the classification of Public Utilities Division Assistant Administrator; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Management Compensation Plan by reflecting recent changes to the classification plan made by the Civil Service Commission; and
