The work for which proposals are invited realigns two golf holes as a precursor to the completion of the Alum Creek Trail (to Easton); clearing and grubbing of existing hillside, removal of trees, stripping and moving existing sod, installing new irrigation and adjusting existing irrigation, seeding and mulching, planting, restoration of areas affected by construction, and all other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in the Bid Submittal Documents.
