To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Builderscape, Inc. for the Turnberry Golf Halfway House & Champion GC Shelter Project; to authorize the transfer of $83,700.00 within the Recreation and Parks Bond Fund,to amend the 2013 Capital Improvements Budget, to authorize the expenditure of $76,020.00 and a contingency of $7,680.00 for a total of $83,700.00 from the Voted Recreation and Parks Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
