Bids were received by the Recreation and Parks Department on July 30th, 2013 for the Martin Park Improvements Project, as follows:

To authorize the City Auditor to transfer $16,700.00 within the Voted Recreation and Parks Bond fund 702; to amend the 2013 Capital Improvements Budget Ord. 0645-2013; to authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Pavement Protectors dba M&D Blacktop Sealing for the Martin Park Improvements Project; to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 and a contingency of $12,500.00 for a total of $137,500.00 from the Voted Recreation and Parks Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
