In conjunction with these aims, the Columbus Register of Historic Properties was created. The Communications Workers of America, Local 4501, submitted a nomination dated August 18, 1994, to list their union office located at 27 Euclid Avenue, 43201, historically known as Engine~ House Number 7 fire station. Notice was given to the property owner as required by Chapter 3117, C.C., and a public hearing was held at which the HRC gave the nomination preliminary review and determined that Engine House Number 7 is eligible for listing on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties under Criterion 1, for design, and Criterion 5, for contributing to the City's historical development. It is now up to Council to determine whether Engine House Number 7 should be listed. FISCAL IMPACT: None. CflANG~ C.OLZ g(,pD 2 4% Contact For Ojesterie .
