Explanation

BACKGROUND: Laboratory testing and diagnostic services are required to assure quality laboratory services to eligible persons living with HIV or AIDS in Central Ohio for the Ryan White Part A HIV Care Program. This ordinance authorizes the Board of Health to enter into contract with Ohio State University Hospital in the amount of $81,734.00 to provide laboratory testing services for Ryan White Part A medical providers for the period of March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017.
