Background
This legislation authorizes the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with U.S. Utility Contractor Co., in the amount of $500,000.00, for Power Distribution Installation and Restoration for the Division of Power. This work consists of providing labor and equipment for setting poles, installing conductor, removal of poles and conductors at various locations within the Columbus Electric System on an as needed basis and other such work as may be necessary.
