BACKGROUND: This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Support Services, to enter into a contract with Deccan International for an upgrade to the current LiveMum application being used by Fire E911 dispatchers. Dispatchers will have a Wallmap feature, as well as real-time coverage maps with this web-based application.
