Explanation
The Division of Police needs to modify the current contract with Gordon Flesch, PO024485, which was executed on September 12, 2016. Said modification will allow for additional funds for preventative maintenance for multi-functional devices which are able to print, scan, fax, and copy as needed throughout the Division of Police. Funds were initially encumbered in the amount of $20,000.00; an additional $20,000.00 is needed for services through the remainder of the year resulting in $40,000.00 for the fiscal year of 2016.
Emergency Designation: Emergency legislation is requested in order to continue the services and allow the Division of Police to function efficiently without interruption.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the Director of Public Safety to modify the current contract with Gordon Flesch; and
