To Congratulate Belle Harbour Management of Ohio, Recipient of the 2017 “Nuestra Familia” Award

WHEREAS, the 2017 Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan Awards Gala provides recognition of the accomplishments of Hispanics in Ohio; and
WHEREAS, as a recipient of this year’s “Nuestra Familia” Award, Belle Harbour Management of Ohio owns and manages over one thousand residential units in the Columbus area; and
WHEREAS, Belle Harbour Capital, LLC was originally founded to build communities and serve those communities by investing in real estate the “right way”; and
WHEREAS, Belle Harbour Management of Ohio has been involved in multiple transactions, including saving a failed condominium complex and low income housing projects; and
WHEREAS, Belle Harbour Management of Ohio has invested in the Columbus community by organizing events for their residents, including programs such as OhioHealth and Red Cross; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:
That this Council does hereby congratulate the recipient of the 2017 “Nuestra Familia” Award, Belle Harbour Management of Ohio on Saturday, October 14, 2017.
