To recognize and celebrate St. Mary School as being designated a GreenSpot School

Body

WHEREAS, St. Mary School will be recognized as the first GreenSpot School on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the GreenSpotLight Award Celebration at the Franklin Park Conservatory; and

WHEREAS, St. Mary German Village, located at 700 S. Third St., is the first school in Columbus to be designated as a GreenSpot School, after current students spearheaded a number of environmental projects this past academic year; and

WHEREAS, GreenSpot congratulates and thanks St. Mary German Village on its efforts to become a greener, more sustainable school in our city; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS: That this Council does hereby recognize and celebrate St. Mary School for its commitment to a clean and sustainable future in the city of Columbus.
