To recognize and celebrate ProSource Wholesale Flooring, Kitchen and Bath as the 2018 GreenSpotLight Award Winner in the Small Business Category

WHEREAS, ProSource Wholesale Flooring, Kitchen and Bath will be recognized as the 2018 GreenSpotLight Award Winner in the Small Business Category on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the GreenSpotLight Award Celebration at the Franklin Park Conservatory; and
WHEREAS, ProSource Wholesale Flooring, Kitchen and Bath, located at 5225 Trabue Road, is a wholesale showroom with 10 employees. ProSource Wholesale became a GreenSpot in 2016 and has made changes in the past year to warrant this award; and
WHEREAS, to win a GreenSpotLight Award in the Small Business Category, a small-sized business must make a significant effort to minimize its impact on the environment and Columbus. Among the many changes made in 2017, ProSource Wholesale installed low water use toilets, installed solar panels on nearly half of their roof, and made their fleet more efficient; and
WHEREAS, GreenSpot congratulates and thanks ProSource Wholesale Flooring, Kitchen and Bath on its efforts to become a greener, more sustainable business; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS: That this Council does hereby recognize and celebrate ProSource Wholesale Flooring, Kitchen and Bath for its commitment to a clean and sustainable future in the city of Columbus.
