To Honor and Celebrate the Life of Kathleen Cody McClernon and Extend Sincere Condolences to her Family and Friends on the Occasion of her Passing on Friday, April 13th, 2018.

 

Body

WHEREAS, born on Flag Day, 1945, at Mount Carmel, Kathleen was many things to many people in her wonderful life; Kathleen was the oldest of five children; and grew up in the shadow of The Ohio State University at 121 W. Lane Ave; and

 

WHEREAS, Kathleen lived her life as a loving daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, mentor, wife, mother, grandmother, teacher; and principal of Saint Mary’s Catholic School in German Village for nine years; and

 

WHEREAS, unfortunately, Kathleen passed away after a brief illness on April 13th, 2018, but his spirit will continue to inspire future educators; and

 

WHEREAS, she is remembered by friends, family, and students as a devoted family member, friend, mentor, and educator, who will be missed greatly; now, therefore

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUMBUS:

 

That this Council does hereby honor and celebrate the life of Kathleen Cody McClernon and extend our sincerest condolences to her family and friends on the occasion of her passing on April 13th, 2018.
