Explanation
BACKGROUND: This legislation authorizes the Finance and Management Director to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the following Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements listed below for the purchase of Laboratory Supplies, Equipment and Services for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage. The supplies and equipment will be used to monitor the quality of the treatment process as required by federal and state standards.

The companies are not debarred according to the Excluded Party Listing System of the Federal Government or prohibited from being awarded a contract according to the Auditor of State Unresolved Findings for Recovery Certified Search.
FISCAL IMPACT: $277,000.00 is budgeted and needed for this purchase. This ordinance is contingent on the passage of the 2018 operating budget, Ordinance 2871-2018.
