Explanation
Background: This legislation authorizes the intra-fund transfer of funds from the Short North Parking Benefit District Subfund (Subfund 226803) to the Short North Special Parking Area Subfund (Subfund 226802) within the Public Service Parking Meter Program Fund (Fund 2268).
Ordinance 1662-2018 approved the appropriation, expenditure and contract of $225,000 with the Short North Alliance Inc. from the Short North Special Parking Area Subfund.
Ordinance 2018-2018 established the Short North Parking Benefit District Subfund.
Due to timing issues of these concurrent ordinances, and available funding resources at the time, the Short North Special Parking Area Subfund needs reimbursed for the expenditure of $225,000.00 for the contract to Short North Alliance Inc.
This is a planned transfer, and there is available appropriation of $225,000.00 in the Short North Parking Benefit District Subfund under Object Code 99 Main Account 50000.
