Title: This ordinance authorizes the Finance and Management Director to associate all general budget reservations within this ordinance to Environmental Remediation Contractors (ERC) for environmental remediation services on behalf of the Department of Neighborhoods from an existing universal term contract; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 from and within the General Fund; and to declare an emergency. Explanation
Background: This ordinance authorizes the Finance and Management Director to associate all general budget reservations within this ordinance to Environmental Remediation Contractors (ERC) in the amount of $250,000 for environmental remediation on behalf of the Department of Neighborhoods. This ordinance will enable the Department to purchase these services from Environmental Remediation Contractors (ERC), in accordance with the universal term contracts established for this purpose by the Purchasing Office.
Bid Information: The Purchasing Office has established a purchase agreement for the contracting of services for environmental remediation services.
