Explanation

This legislation authorizes the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with 360Water Inc. for the purpose of migrating the on premise 360Water Inc. training system to software as a services platform in the cloud. The scope of the project includes migration of the operating system to the cloud environment, as well as security and software updates. 360Water Inc. will also be responsible for re-integrating with the Cornerstone Learning Management System, uploading all courses and providing testing and/or training that will be needed to use the new system.

The contract is for one (1) year with the option to renew for three (3) additional years, on a year-to-year basis upon mutual agreement, budgeted funds and approval by Columbus City Council. The recommended award amount for the initial year of this contract is $39,500.00 for the Division of Water and $39,500.00 for the Division of Sewers and Drains, for a total contract amount of $79,000.00. If unforeseen issues or difficulties are encountered that would require additional funding, a modification would be requested.

SUPPLIER: 360Water Inc., Inc. (31-1704111), Expires May 14, 2021. This vendor holds F1 certification with the City of Columbus. Vendor# 005822

The company is not debarred according to the Excluded Party Listing System of the Federal Government or prohibited from being awarded a contract according to the Auditor of State Unresolved Findings for Recovery Certified Search.

FISCAL IMPACT: $79,000.00 is budgeted and available for this contract.
