WHEREAS, Kimberly A. Blackwell is heralded as one of the nation’s top executives in new media, marketing and advertising; and

WHEREAS, As the Chief Executive Officer of PMM Agency, Kimberly A. Blackwell is constantly stretching the boundaries of creativity while tackling the tough questions. With the ability to provide tangible and dynamic solutions, Blackwell has served as a trusted advisor to multiple public and private sector organizations, including White House administrations; and

WHEREAS, Kimberly A. Blackwell has been saluted as a 2018 Business First "Smart 50" and "C-Suite Award" honoree, named as one of “2017 Most Powerful Women in Business” by Black Enterprise, selected PR News’ “Top Women in PR,” and honored as an EBONY POWER 100 which honors inspiring African-Americans; and

WHEREAS, In a heavily male-dominated industry, Kimberly A. Blackwell launched a dream in a 600 square-foot apartment and transformed it into a nationally recognized marketing and management agency; and

WHEREAS, As a trusted technical, strategic advisor and a creative consultant to the C-Suite of publicly and privately held companies in the areas of inclusion, brand, culture, crisis and change management, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation; and

WHEREAS, Kimberly A. Blackwell holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and earned a master’s degree from Xavier University (Ohio). She has also completed executive leadership training at Dartmouth, Northwestern and Harvard universities and is a certified diversity professional of Cornell University and once served as an adjunct professor for nearly ten years; and
