BACKGROUND:
The City of Columbus (the City) was awarded $16,433,138.00 of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships Program, American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funding to provide homelessness assistance and supportive services in Columbus. This ordinance is needed to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to modify the aforementioned contract to extend the time period of the contract due to project delays.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no additional funding required for this extension.
