Lee Road, From: R, Rural District, To: L-ARLD, Limited Apartment  
Residential District (Rezoning #Z25-019).  
To rezone 6495 HALL RD. (43119), being 23.69± acres located on the  
north and south sides of Hall Road, approximately 725± feet east of Oak  
Park Drive, From: R, Rural District, To: PUD-4, Planned Unit  
Development District (Rezoning #Z25-037).  
VARIANCES  
To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3  
residential district; 3312.49(C), Required parking; 3332.05(A), Area  
district lot width requirements; and 3332.13, R-3 area district  
requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at  
1541-1543 26TH AVE. (43211), to allow a two-unit dwelling with reduced  
development standards in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance  
#CV25-117).  
To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3  
residential district; and 3332.05(A)(4), Area district lot width  
requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at  
3165 MCGUFFEY RD. (43224), to allow two-unit dwellings with reduced  
lot widths in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV25-126).  
To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3  
residential district; 3312.49(C), Required Parking; 3332.05(A)(4), Area  
district lot width requirements; and 3332.13, R-3 area district  
requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at  
1351 E. FULTON ST. (43205), to allow a two-unit dwelling with reduced
