Columbus Health Department- Old Blind School Renovation and Expansion 
Columbus, Ohio. Project area: 159,375 sq. ft. Construction cost: $13,273,257 
Project planner and lead interior designer. Led planning process and user group meetings for the 
remodeling of 93,000 sq. ft. of space in existing 1874 historic main building and north dormitory. 
Developed interior design concepts, selected finishes, coordinated work with general contractor 
and engineering consultants for entire project. 
The Ohio State University- Ohio Stadium Renovation 
Columbus, Ohio. Construction cost: $155,000,000 
Assistant interior designer and project architect for Stadium Club and hospitality suites. Scope of 
work included intervention in existing historical building (listed in National Register of Historic 
Places), as well as in the new addition. Project architect for seating package for a seating 
capacity of 97,000 persons. Led meetings with athletic department user groups for equipment 
coordination and interiors scope revisions. Office construction administration for interiors related 
submittals and issues. 
Completed Ohio Historic Inventory Forms for historic buildings in German Village, 
Columbus. 
Work was done as part of individualized seminar about research methods in architectural history 
and preservation at The Ohio State University. The course was led by Judith Kitchen. Areas of 
study and experience included identification and recording of historic buildings and fieldwork in 
inventory techniques.

The Ohio State University- Heart and Lung Institute New Building
