A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Shayla Favor, that this  
Ordinance be Postponed to 11/13/2023. The motion carried by the following

VARIANCES

3333.16, Fronting; and 3333.255, Perimeter yard; of the Columbus  
City Codes; for the property located at 2400 OLD DUBLIN RD.  
(43228), to allow vehicular access and non-accessory parking,  
reduced development standards in the AR-2, Apartment Residential  
District, and to repeal Ordinance #1943-2022 as applicable to  
Subarea F, passed July 25, 2022 (Council Variance #CV23-020).  
A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Shayla Favor, that this  
Ordinance be Postponed to Date Certain 11/13/2023. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 4 N.  
BROADWAY LN. (43214), to allow two single-unit dwellings on one lot  
with reduced development standards in the R-3, Residential District  
(Council Variance #CV23-085).  
A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, to  
Accept entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
