Section 3 and replacing it with a new Section 3 thereby modifying the CPD text  
regarding the building setback and replacing the approved CPD plan for property  
located at 915 W. 5 TH AVE. (43212) (Rezoning Amendment # Z20-104A).

3356.05(F), C-4 district development limitations; and 3356.11, C-4 district setback  
lines, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 303 E. 6TH AVE.  
(43201), to permit a mixed-use development with reduced development standards in  
the C-4, Commercial District (Council Variance #CV21-108).  
A motion was made by Rob Dorans, seconded by Nicholas Bankston, to Accept  
entire staff report into evidence as an exhibit. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
